GoParts™ Animal Spring Kits Provide Drop-In Performance
GoPartsAnimalSpringKits.pdf | AnimalSpringKit.jpg

Single and dual spring kits available for Stock, Controlled and Modified Class Animal engines

Beyond the camshaft, valve springs are probably the single most important factor for making HP with the Animal engine. To answer those needs, the GoParts™ valve train engineers are proud to introduce a full assortment of valve spring kits designed to deliver the ultimate in performance while meeting all rules requirements. Incorporating the same technology used to create valve springs for NASCAR competition, GoParts™ complete valve springs kits include everything you need to install these high quality single and dual spring sets.

Made from chrome silicon steel, GoParts™ Animal valve springs are ultra high quality and each kit comes with matched lightweight aluminum retainers to keep even the most radical camshaft profile under control. Featuring 10-degree angle locks to ensure they won’t pull through the retainer, the GoParts™ Animal Springs are compatible with stock, controlled and modified class requirements. Best of all, installing a GoParts™ Animal Spring Kit ensures peace of mind that you have the highest quality, technologically advanced, and best performing springs available. For more information about GoParts™ complete valve springs set, go online to www.compgoparts.com or call 800-976-9376.

GoParts™ Extreme Animal Pushrods Reduce Harmful Valve Train Harmonics
pushrods.jpg

Increased strength, rigidity and durability over factory pushrods

The Briggs Animal racing engine is pushed to the limits during competition. Camshaft profiles and spring pressures continue to get more aggressive as engine builders search for an edge over the competition. Although often overlooked, pushrods are an important part of any winning OHV engine. Shouldn’t you have the strongest, most durable, and best performing Animal pushrods working for you? The GoParts™ Extreme Animal Pushrods are just that, taking the original stock Briggs Animal pushrods one step better through a high-tech hardening process.

In addition to increased wear characteristics and durability, GoParts™ Extreme Animal Pushrods also reduce harmful valve train harmonics that occur when inferior pushrods “snap back” after flexing. The end result is increased performance and durability from your Animal engine.

For more information about GoParts™ Extreme Animal Pushrods or any other GoParts™ products, go online to www.compgoparts.com or call (800) 976-9376.

New Mini Valve Spring Tester

COMP Cams® Go Parts™ Mini valve spring tester, Part #351049, is specifically engineered for the 0-60 lb. range and is ideal for small engines. This specialty tool is designed with the budget racer in mind looking for the extra edge of performance. Improper spring pressure can effect the useable horsepower (up to 1/2 HP) causing more drag on the valve train or excessive valve float. This Mini spring tester can be used in conjunction with a standard vise or drill press eliminating the need for additional special equipment. Anyone interested in building their own engines can experiment with different spring pressures for optimum performance on a budget. Similar specialty spring tools can cost from $300.00 to $700.00 dollars and are not as specifically designed to read the lower pressures of smaller engines.

As with our other COMP Cams® GoParts™ performance and race tools, these have gone through extensive testing to ensure reliability and technical accuracy needed in any high per-formance engine.

Proudly MADE IN THE USA!
